Specifically designed for ShipTracks desktop customers. The mobile version of ShipTracks AIS-based vessel tracking and management system is specifically designed for maritime professionals requiring up to the minute commercial vessel information.

ShipTracks works by picking up Automatic Identification System, or AIS, feeds that continually exchanges navigational information from commercial maritime traffic. Any vessel equipped with an on-board AIS system transmits its exact location and other navigational information to all AIS-equipped ships and ShipTracks’ shore-based receivers in its vicinity. This near real-time position information is displayed ShipTracks Desktop and iPhone App.
